My earliest memories, starting at around age four, involve my grandmother teaching me how to do divination with a button on a string. On my 7th birthday my mother gave me my tarot deck. Divination and magic are my passions! I have dedicated my life to spiritual and healing practices, and along the way I earned a degree in psychology helping to facilitate counseling and healing.
Just over 17 years ago I decided to open a shop in response to a desire to bring earth-based spirituality back to its roots. Since then I have also created a learning center for alternative faiths and cultural creatives so that others may learn and grow. Many of my clients have been with me for five, ten, fifteen, or more years. I have had many wonderful teachers along the way and seek to honor them by continuing the work with compassion and integrity always seeking more wisdom and knowledge and passing it on. I am an intuitive reader and spiritual consultant (voted "best psychic in Santa Cruz County, CA" for three consecutive years), astrologer, hoodoo rootworker, shamanic practitioner, Priestess of Fire and Lightning, energy worker, teacher, and owner of Serpent's Kiss Magick Shop and Botanica and Crossroads Community Space. I have extensive knowledge of crystals and herbs as reflected in many of my custom herbal and oil preparations, incenses, soaps, waters, sprays, and candles. I organize monthly fire circles in the Santa Cruz mountains, am a founding member of AIRR. I host multiple events in Santa Cruz as well as in New Orleans, featuring authors, workers, healers, priests, and priestesses of varied traditions. I have presented classes on a variety of magical topics at many conferences and events, including the annual Hoodoo Heritage Festival Workshops and my work has been published in The Black Folder: Personal Communications on the Mastery of Hoodoo.
My preferences and areas of specialty are working with ancestors and spirits of the dead, uncrossing, protection, empowerment, finding right livelihood, cut and clear, and finding new love (same sex, opposite sex, or poly).
I divine with cards as well as cowrie shells to offer guidance with regard to romantic, financial, career, domestic, and spiritual, goals and relationships. I can help you to create the future you desire, make healthy choices, and avoid pitfalls along the way. I also use the cards and the shells to communicate with spirits to get advice regarding spell work.
Past life experiences may also be explored to assist in the removal of unhealthy patterns, to reveal hidden talents and abilities, and to clarify relationships. I also enjoy interpreting dreams.
My background in astrology is extensive and spans decades. Together we compassionately uncover and release negative or limiting behavior patterns as well as discover latent talents and abilities, and find positive solutions to life/soul challenges. I cover both the spiritual and mundane aspects of life with the goal of harmonious interaction between the two.
My background and training includes traditional in-person spiritual cleansings of people, pets, and places, as well as various forms of energy work, crystal healing, shamanic extraction, and soul retrieval. Depending on what is needed, any combination of methods may be used.
I am only available for in-person consultations and rootwork by referral.
