My name is Reverend Roy. I am a tarot reader, rootworker, and healing arts practitioner. I have been in the metaphysical and healing arts for over 20 years now. The focus of everything I do comes from a place of healing, to help bring my clients to the place in their lives they want to be. I am an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. Baptized Catholic, the type of magic I perform is what I refer to as a mixture of Catholic conjure and American folk magic, where I call upon saints, angels, and the medicine of my Native American ancestors to assist me in my magical work.

I was born and raised in Middle Tennessee on a small, rural farm. I learned about the power of herbs and plants from my great-grandmother, Mammy. People would come from miles around for her healing poultices and teas. She had a pet raccoon named Pete, who took the hair rollers out of her hair in the mornings and threw them in a bowl in her lap. All of this might explain my interest in herbs, flowers, and roots and how I feel grounded and at home by working with my hands in the dirt.

I am an Usui Reiki Master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Certified Aromatherapist, a trained Shamanic Practitioner, and a state board Certified Reflexologist (R.C.R.). I combine my traditional training as a Reiki Master with my natural psychic ability to help find the heart of a client’s problem. When performing a hands-on healing session, it is not uncommon for images of a client’s past to come to me - usually an event that has a direct link to their situation. Other times, it is a simple message from Spirit, maybe a single sentence that I am asked to convey to them. Sometimes the energy of a relative or friend who has passed on enters the room to relay a message. These same psychic messages come to me when I perform a tarot reading, filling in the gaps between the cards. My gifts would be classified as clairaudience, clairvoyance, and mediumship.

I have been performing rootwork for clients in the hoodoo tradition since 2014 and graduated from the Hoodoo Rootwork Correspondence Course in 2022. Some of the tools I use in my practice are novena candles, holy water, rosaries, herbs, roots, flowers, crystals, and minerals. Much of my work is burning candles on my altars for clients to help in matters of love, money, success, health, and self-esteem. I also perform spiritual cleansings, spiritual coaching, exorcisms, uncrossings, spirit removals, and graveyard work. I craft mojo bags and talismans for clients, as well as custom spiritual oils, herb blends, and candles.

All spell work and setting of lights are performed at our private chapel in Nashville, Tennessee, where my husband and I also own a popular brick-and-mortar spiritual shop. The main focus of my practice is to help my clients step into the light and become the best version of themselves.

Hours: I am available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time, at my shop, but readings and readings are given during thie time by appointment in person and long distance.

Please note that I am located in the Central Time Zone in Tennessee. I appreciate you taking any time differences into consideration when you call.

On Wednesdays, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM I keep regular business hours and am available for instant readings through Hoodoo Psychics.

On the day and time scheduled for your reading, you should call me at teh Healing Amulet Center at 615-802-8121. This number is for long distance scheduled readings and rootwork consultations.

My telephone, Skype, Zoom, and in-person reading schedule may be booked in advance. If you want an in-person reading, please schedule ahead.

I am also available for instant calls when i am online at Hoodoo Psychics

If you wish me to use my gift for psychometry on your behalf, you can send me a photograph of yourself or the person you want me to "read" via email or postal mail. If you are booking a tarot card reading, there is no extra charge for psychometry, which i will simply perform during the course of the reading.

Rates

Readings and Spiritual Consultations:

I offer several forms of divination, psychic readings, spiritual consultations, magical coaching, and practical advice:

I am available for both pre-scheduled and caller-initiated readings, in person and by telephone, Skype, or Zoom.

  • 15 minute pre-scheduled reading, consultation or magical coaching: $35.00
  • 30 minute pre-scheduled reading, consultation or magical coaching: $70.00
  • Caller-initiated reading via Hoodoo Psychics: $3.99 per minute

For the price of a one-hour consultation I will instruct you on how to do conjure work yourself if you wish. I will give you a list of everything you need to perform your spell, and instruct you on the procedure. You may take hand-written notes or record the consultation for future reference.

If i cannot provide certain rootwork services to you because I am over-booked or cannot take your case for another reason, I will select and recommend at least three other AIRR rootworkers to you, based on what I understand of your case. If you engage one of them, I will provide a complete copy of my notes from our reading to the worker of your choice, via email. This will save you considerable time in consultation. My consultation notes are not available to the public and can only be sent to another AIRR member upon receipt of a request from you, the client.

Rootwork and Conjure:

  • Setting Lights: $24.00; candle reading supplied via email; discounted rates for multi-candle runs
  • Mojo Bags: $35.00
  • Bottle Spells; Honey or Vinegar Jars: $125.00
  • Hands-On Cleansings: $150.00
  • Other Forms of Spell Casting: $100.00 and up

For any rootwork services exceeding $200.00 in cost, I am willing to provide a performance contract. (Note: A performance contract is not a guarantee of success or of satisfactory outcome; it is my promise that I will do the work when and how specified and will be available for a specified number of contacts during and after performance of the work.)
