• To consult our directory listings and contact trusted members of the Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers (AIRR), whose services can be booked through this site for psychic reading, rootwork consultations, personal spell-casting, candle services, and spiritual guidance in a wide range of modalities and cultural traditions.

The Readers and Rootworkers site is well known and popular in the occult community -- but less well known is the fact that AIRR, and therefore our entire online encyclopedia, is one of several committees of the Association of Independent Spiritual Churches, also known as the AISC.

The AISC is a non-recompensed voluntary group of people within the spiritual community who conduct the finances of running the large Readers and Rootworkers web site, publicize AIRR Tech Team's weekly site development project, and manage the AIRR-sponsored festivals, video workshops, and podcasts.

The AISC is governed by a volunteer Board of Bishops, several of whom were also founding Members of AIRR and oversee its operations.

At its founding, the AISC had a five-member Board of Bishops. Their roles were President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and AIRR Liaison. Four were members of AIRR and one was not. In 2020, the Board was expanded to include the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and several more AIRR Liaison members.
