CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a pre-paid reading, you must give me 24 hours notice by email (mercurial_iris_studios@yahoo.com) to confirm your cancellation or rescheduling.
I permit only ONE rescheduling. If you do not call in or answer your phone (no-show) at the appointed time, I will contact you to reschedule. If you miss your rescheduled time your appointment will be cancelled and your fee forfeited. There are no refunds.

The best method of booking your consultation is by paying via
Paypal or with a money order. After receiving a payment for a spiritual
consultation, I will contact you via phone or email to schedule an appointment.
I don't take any conjure cases prior to conducting a divination consultation.
After your payment is received, you will receive an email from me with available time slots for your consultation or reading for you to select.
On the day and time scheduled, I will expect a phone call from you, or will contact you via a different outlet if so previously was agreed.
